Duty Officer

The job responsibilities for this position may include managing front-of-house operations to ensure smooth functioning, overseeing staff and volunteers, handling customer complaints effectively, maintaining cinema premises, and coordinating with other departments. Your main focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
