Job Description

.NET Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of .NET-based applications.
Architect and design technical solutions based on business requirements.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET, C#, and LINQ.
Guide team members through code reviews, best practices, and technical problem solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Mandatory Skills:

6+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET technologies.
Strong expertise in
LINQ
deep understanding of query syntax, method syntax, and advanced use cases.
Proficient in
C#
,
ASP.NET Core
, and
Entity Framework
.
Experience with
RESTful APIs
,
Web Services
, and
Microservices architecture
.
Hands-on experience with
SQL Server
and
database optimization
.
Good understanding of
OOP

Design Patterns

SOLID principles
.
Experience with
version control systems
(e.g., Git).
