Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dispatch operations for outgoing shipments.
Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch documents using Tally ERP.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for packing and timely movement of goods.
Maintain proper records of dispatched items including quantities, destinations, and transport details.
Track shipments and update customers and internal teams as needed.
Handle communication with transporters and ensure proper documentation (e.g., E-way bills).
Report any delays, discrepancies, or damages during dispatch to the concerned department.
Maintain physical and digital records of all dispatch activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
