Direct Field Marketing (Experienced)

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Direct Field Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and representing our services directly to businesses and organizations in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and represent our services to potential clients through in-person visits and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized businesses, agencies, and organizations.
• Conduct cold visits, attend industry events, and set up in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Deliver marketing materials, service demos, and proposals.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals for client acquisition and lead generation.
• Gather market feedback and report trends to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in direct or field marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital services, especially video editing, web design, and graphic design (you don’t need to be a designer, but you must understand the value and application).
• Proven track record of hitting performance goals in a field or face-to-face sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience working with creative agencies or digital service providers.
