Anjuman-I-Islam Kalsekar Technical Campus (AIKTC), established in 2011 in Navi Mumbai, is home to the School of Architecture, which is dedicated to delivering rigorous and practice-oriented architectural education. Under this school, the following course has been established. Diploma in Architecture (3-Year Full-Time Program) Founded in 2024 and affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), the Diploma in Architecture is a structured three-year program that equips students with foundational knowledge in architectural design, building construction, and digital drafting. The curriculum emphasizes studio-based learning, site exposure, expert interactions, and technical proficiency, preparing students for advanced academic pathways (B.Arch), which aligns with the National Education Policy 2020. AIKTC School of Architecture is seeking a proactive and skilled Teaching Assistant (2x) to support our Diploma in Architecture program. If you have 3+ years of academic or professional experience and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic coordination, including social media engagement, admissions management, event coordination, and administrative support Commitment: Full-time Remuneration: Undisclosed Available positions: 02 Notice period: Immediately available or maximum 4 weeks' notice after being selected Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing teaching plans 2. Monitor academic progress and support subject coordination 3. Handle examination duties and student evaluations 4. Provide support in studio mentoring and design software training (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) 5. Coordinate student events, juries, guest lectures, and exhibitions 6. Assist with admission-related tasks, including counseling prospective students and guiding the onboarding process 7. Align with the marketing team to manage social media content related to academics and student life 8. Maintain academic integrity and contribute to the learning environment Eligibility Criteria: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (professional or academic) 3. Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills 4. Familiarity with architectural software and teaching methods 5. Basic knowledge of content creation and social media handling is a plus. 6. Interest in academic outreach and student engagement through social platforms.
