About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities

Website & Content Publishing

• Regularly upload and manage blog posts, reports, calculators, and tools on the Pulse website (CMS)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure website content is up-to-date and SEO-friendly
• Work with designers to publish infographics, reports, and tools in a user-friendly format

Marketing Campaigns & Planning

• Support in creating quarterly marketing plans aligned with Pulse report launches or feature/tool updates
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to promote new tools, AI-driven features, or market reports
• Analyse performance of social and website campaigns and prepare monthly insights reports

What We’re Looking For

• Good understanding of social media platforms and how content varies across each
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in marketing, media, communications, or a related field
• Highly proactive, creative, and willing to take initiative with a test-and-learn mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Notion, and other marketing coordination tools (Optional)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other creative design tools (Optional)
