About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Fresher to join our growing team. The first 1 month will be an internship, followed by a transition to a full-time role based on performance. This is a great opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website

Track and analyze digital campaign performance (basic analytics)

Work closely with recruiters to promote job openings and employer branding

Help with SEO, basic paid ad campaigns, and other growth strategies

Requirements:

Any graduate with interest in digital marketing (Freshers welcome)

Basic understanding of digital tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.

Good communication and creative writing skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in a recruitment-focused digital role
