Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, PPC, Performance Marketing and SEO Marketing to enhance our online presence, drive brand engagement, and generate quality B2B leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a special focus on LinkedIn and other major social media platforms. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement effective LinkedIn marketing strategies to boost company visibility and drive B2B lead generation. Manage and grow the companys presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, written posts) across social channels. Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for targeted campaigns. Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality creatives and campaigns. Monitor and analyze digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns relevant and effective. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights. Increase followers, engagement, and interaction through both organic and paid strategies. Handle scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting for all SMM campaigns. Professionally engage with audiences via comments, messages, and inquiries. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 13 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in LinkedIn Marketing and Social Media Marketing (SMM) Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn community building. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. Proficiency in social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software. Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). Experience with Email Marketing campaigns and tools. Understanding of PPC advertising and performance optimization techniques.
