Digital Marketing Counselor (Experienced)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals on choosing the right digital marketing courses, addressing queries, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via calls, walk-ins, and emails
• Understand career goals and suggest appropriate course modules
• Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups
• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality
• Build strong rapport with students for future referrals and upselling

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an academic counselor or in EdTech sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
• Strong convincing skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
