Profile :Dietician Department: Nutrition & Dietetics Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field Experience : 1 year Key Responsibilities: Assess the nutritional status of clients through interviews, lab results, and medical history. Develop individualized meal plans tailored to patient needs, preferences, and medical conditions. Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with healthcare providers (doctors, nurses, therapists) for comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to nutrition plans as necessary. Conduct group sessions, workshops, or classes on general health, diet, and wellness topics. Maintain accurate records of assessments, plans, and follow-ups. Stay current with the latest nutritional science, guidelines, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
