Dialysis Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The technician will be responsible for operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients during procedures, and ensuring a clean and safe treatment environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions
• Maintain and record vital signs and treatment data accurately
• Respond to complications or emergencies during the procedure
• Clean and sterilize equipment after each session
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain patient records
• Coordinate with nurses and nephrologists for patient care
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Dialysis Technology (from a recognized institute)
• 1–3 years of experience
• Good understanding of dialysis procedures and patient care
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
