About The Role: As a Technology Engineer (DevOps), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional squads to ensure seamless deployments, security compliance, and operational excellence while adhering to Agile and DevOps best practices. Technology Engineering Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD for Python-based and Machine Learning projects. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and IaC tools. Manage containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker/Podman) and Helm-based deployments. Implement security automation (compliance checks, vulnerability scanning, patching). Enhance logging & monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) for observability and performance optimization. Support Microservices authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, API gateways). Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in collaboration with Dev and Ops teams. Stay updated with industry best practices in DevOps, SRE, and Cloud technologies. Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in DevOps/SRE roles.
