Job Title: SEO and Reputation Manager – Real Estate Location: New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: [Marketing Manager/Head of Digital Marketing] Job Overview: We seek a skilled SEO and Reputation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Devika Group . This role is essential in optimizing our digital presence, improving search engine rankings, and maintaining a positive online reputation in the competitive real estate market. You will be responsible for executing SEO strategies for our real estate listings, managing online reviews, and ensuring our brand reputation is strong across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for real estate listings, ensuring they rank highly on search engines. Optimize the company’s website and property listings to increase organic traffic and drive qualified leads. Conduct keyword research, identify high-traffic terms related to real estate, and integrate those keywords across web pages, blogs, and other content. Monitor performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and adjust strategies for better search visibility. Optimize content, meta descriptions, titles, and URLs for improved rankings, especially for local search engines. Reputation Management: IRM (Internet Reputation Management): Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a positive online presence for the brand. Monitor online reviews, ratings, and feedback from clients across platforms (Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc.). Respond to negative reviews promptly, managing the brand's reputation proactively and effectively. Encourage positive reviews and maintain a high standard of customer service. Track brand sentiment and ensure it aligns with the company’s values and market expectations. ORM (Online Reputation Management): Monitor mentions of the company, properties, agents, and the brand across real estate portals and social media. Address negative comments, reviews, and complaints promptly, focusing on customer satisfaction. Develop crisis management strategies to address any potential online reputation issues. Foster relationships with real estate influencers, bloggers, and customers to maintain a strong online presence. Ensure consistency of the brand’s messaging across all digital touchpoints, including property listings and social media platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in SEO, IRM, and ORM , ideally within the real estate sector (3-5 years preferred). Strong understanding of real estate market trends, keywords, and SEO techniques specific to real estate listings. Familiarity with real estate listing websites (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com) and review platforms (e.g., Google Reviews, Trustpilot). Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics , SEMrush , Ahrefs , and Moz . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and manage online interactions effectively. Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting on SEO and ORM performance. Knowledge of basic HTML and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress ). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field.
