Key Responsibilities: Deliver classroom and lab-based training in key IT skills (e.g., MS Office, Internet usage, hardware basics, digital literacy, coding fundamentals, etc.) Conduct training sessions aligned with job roles such as Data Entry Operator, IT Support Executive, Digital Marketing Assistant, etc. Create lesson plans, training material, and assessments to meet training objectives. Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support as required. Conduct mock interviews, resume writing sessions, and job-readiness workshops. Evaluate trainees’ performance and maintain progress records. Stay updated with industry trends and job market requirements. Coordinate with placement teams to support trainee employment opportunities. Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom. Submit daily/weekly reports to Centre In-Charge or Project Lead. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT training or teaching. Proficiency in MS Office, basic hardware/software troubleshooting, internet tools. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds. Experience in skill development, vocational training, or NGOs (preferred). Certification in IT training or soft skills training (desirable).
