Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer & Digital Printing Operator to join our creative production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing artwork, preparing print files, and operating digital printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various media. This is a dual-role position requiring both creative design and technical operation expertise.

Key Responsibilities Design Duties

• Create and edit designs for branding, packaging, signage, merchandise, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with clients or marketing team to understand design needs and branding guidelines.
• Ensure all artwork is print-ready with correct color profiles, dimensions, and file formats.
• Maintain a library of design templates and assets for regular jobs.

Digital Printing Operations

• Operate and manage digital printing machines (e.g., Laser Printer, Flat Bed Cutting & Custom cut sticker machine, Digital Laminator etc
• Calibrate machines and perform routine maintenance for consistent output quality.
• Load materials, configure job settings, and monitor print runs to ensure accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs when print quality issues arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with print production knowledge.
• Hands-on experience operating digital printing equipment KONIKA MINOLTA Digital Printing Press C-1060 series, VULCAN Flat Bed VC Cutter etc
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Strong understanding of file preparation, resolution, bleed, and color calibration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of materials like vinyl, flex, canvas, polyester, etc., is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design / Printing Technology / Visual Arts or equivalent.
• Experience in large-format printing, heat transfer, sublimation, or UV flatbed printing.
• Familiarity with cutting plotters, laminators, and post-printing finishing techniques.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (or as per production demands)
