Role & responsibilities Advance level knowledge of Cabin BIW, Exterior, Interior, Trims design and development, Ergonomics study of Heavy commercial Vehicle. QFD and concept customer requirement to aggregate specification. Concept evaluation & Review. Supplier interaction and technical requirement sign off. Design calculations, DFADFM,DFS, digital validation, DVP preparation, DFMEA, design variational analysis review. DMU Review & ensuring integration in vehicle & project coordination with various teams. First time right design release as per modularity, quality, cost, weight & features meeting safety, CMVR , homologation requirement. Conduct/ participate regular design reviews and escalate issues requiring help to management. Ensure regular environment scanning and Benchmarking for aggregates. Quality and field issues resolution. Driving VAVE in aggregates. New Technology adaptation in aggregates. Making KPI and ensuring target achievement of KRA for team. Driving innovation. Team Building & productivity improvement. Driving Agile approach.
