1. Execution of Work on Site Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at the construction site. Ensure the work is executed as per approved architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate construction stages such as excavation, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, etc. 2. Coordination with Stakeholders Act as a bridge between architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor to maintain workflow. Report progress and on-site issues to project managers and design teams. 3. Quality Control Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the design intent and specifications. Conduct on-site quality checks and inspections at various construction stages. Identify and resolve any technical issues, deviations, or non-compliance. 4. Site Measurements & Layout Take and verify site measurements before and during execution. Assist with setting out site layouts, levels, and ensuring correct alignment as per drawings. 5. Material Management Ensure availability of construction materials at the right time. Check quality and quantity of incoming materials. Maintain a record of material consumption and stock. 6. Safety and Compliance Implement and enforce site safety practices and PPE use. Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and labor laws. 7. Progress Tracking and Reporting Maintain daily site logs: activities, manpower, materials, delays, etc. Update project managers/architects with work status and potential issues. Submit weekly progress reports, photos, and inspection updates. 8. Billing and Documentation Support quantity surveying and client billing by verifying work done. Assist in preparation and verification of contractor running bills. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, RFIs, approvals, and inspections. 9. Handling Site Modifications Communicate with architects/designers about on-site challenges or changes. Implement approved design modifications and record changes (as-built conditions). 10. Vendor & Labour Supervision Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely completion of their scope of work. Resolve minor on-site disputes and manage daily labor issues.
