Study all the design inputs & project requirements
Preparation of General Arrangement, Weld Attachment in AutoCAD / DraftSight / Solidworks Prepare / Modify Solidworks parts, assemblies for sheet metal components
Preparation of Detailed Drawings & store it in PLM system
Prepare Strikeouts & sketches for production
Raw material weight estimation & BOM preparation in SAP
Optimization of Raw Material & utilization check
Maintain the quality of work & on time delivery of drawings
Follow design work instructions & set processes
Awareness about 5S, ESH, OHSAS and practice it at workplace
Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Graduate in Production Engineering • Work Experience Minimum 2 years of experience • Competencies -
o Hands on experience of Solidworks sheet metal module
o Understanding of sheet metal product drawings
o Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
