Job description 1. Candidate will be based at Mumbai Worli and responsible for handling PMT / marketing function of Dermatology & Dermocosmetic portfolio 2. Candidate will need to prepare communication for the assigned brands. 3. Candidate will be responsible for preparing marketing presentation, communication & theme for strategy meet. 4. Candidate should build rappo with Team through consistent communication; Follow up with the field force for smooth execution of camps, Campaigns & share execution summary reports with the team. 5. Candidate need to follow-up with procurement team for relevant inputs required to execute marketing strategies & ensure dispatch of the same as per the plan to Field force. 6. Candidate should motivate field force during camp & campaign days for better execution 7. Candidate will be responsible for lunching new division & new product in Dermatology and Dermocosmetic range 8. Candidate is responsible for co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy. 9. He / She should be responsible for promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization. 10. He / She should be customers-oriented campaign & special activities for priority products. Preferred candidate profile Desired Candidate Profile 1. B. Pharma or B. Sc and MBA in marketing, 5 yrs. in Pharma Marketing as Product Manager Handling Dermatology, Dermocosmetics products. 2. He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management. 3. He/ She should have good knowledge of Dermatology and Dermaocosmetic segment. 4. He/ She should be good in launching new products new division and new products. 5. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals Role & responsibilities

Executive - Domestic Sales Support

Role & responsibilities Record data & Generate report -- secondary sales data in Excel. Maintain & generate and update monthly SSS (Secondary Sales Statement) data received from the field force/stockist in Excel. Review SSS submissions for accuracy and compliance with company policy. Follow up with field personnel regarding pending or incorrect SSS data. Communicate with stockists via email and phone to resolve SSS-related issues and data mismatches. Free Scheme Claim Verification. Record Secondary sales return data maintenance. Update and manage the Master Customer List (MCL), including additions and deletions. Review and validate Daily Call Reports (DCRs) submitted by field force members. Address and resolve SFE-related queries from the field force, including issues related to reporting tools and process clarifications. Upload the field holiday list to the companys online portal. Monitor and update daily attendance records for field force members; follow up on irregularities or missing entries. Generate login credentials (user IDs and passwords) for new hires and communicate them via email to the respective individuals. Conduct onboarding induction sessions for new joiners, including SANeForce usage, travel policy, and expense policy. Share sales data and onboarding materials with new employees. Follow up on pending NOC requests from resigned employees and coordinate handovers with the HR department. Coordinate hotel bookings and travel arrangements for RSMs via the travel desk. Verify field force expense claims. Perform daily validation and approval of hotel vouchers and travel tickets, ensuring compliance with company policy. Plan and assign optimal travel routes for field force members (BE, ASM, RSM, ZSM) to improve efficiency and reduce travel allowance (TA) costs. Preferred candidate profile Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with tools like SANeforce. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proactive approach to coordination and issue resolution Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities Team player with experience working across departments Location: Head Office, Worli - Mumbai Position: Executive - Domestic Sales Support Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working) Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
