Required Skills:

A depot in-charge in the FMCG industry is responsible for managing depot supplies and materials. This includes managing goods coming in and out of depots and factories, overseeing depot staff and monitoring stock levels to ensure all requirements and orders can be met. The Depot in-charge will always keep in touch with concerned persons in the company for the daily running of depot operations with general works assigned either routinely or when the need arises. Coordinate activities to ensure smooth operations in receiving, storing and delivery of quality products to customers.

Job Description:

· Coordinating with internal and external customers to meet full demand. Coordinating with office concerned staff for day-to-day stock transfer requirements and maintaining optimum inventory levels of product at Depot.

· Ensuring proper upkeep of Depot and preventive maintenance of Plant and equipment with NIL disruptions in operations on account of equipment failures.

· Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Regularly conduct stock checks, implement cycle counting, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

· Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.

· Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all warehouse staff adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that all outgoing shipments meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.

· Generate regular reports on depot performance, inventory levels, and any incidents or discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of depot activities.

· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the depot. Implement best practices to enhance overall depot operations.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to Depot operations, safety, and security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
