The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The Pharmacist will also be responsible for counseling patients on proper medication use, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Additionally, the role includes managing inventory, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of 10–15 retail medical stores within the assigned cluster. Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and compliance at all outlets. Lead, train, and supervise store managers and staff to achieve business goals. Ensure adherence to all pharmacy regulatory and compliance requirements. Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams for inventory management. Implement company policies and promotional strategies at store level. Conduct regular audits and store visits to ensure SOP adherence. Analyze performance reports and take corrective actions to improve KPIs. Handle customer grievance escalations and ensure excellent service standards. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of cluster staff. Qualifications Graduate or Diploma in Pharmacy/Healthcare Management or relevant field. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in healthcare or retail pharmacy management. Must have handled operations of at least 10–15 medical stores . Strong leadership, team handling, and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and compliance. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions. Record customer information and conversations in the CRM system. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
