We are currently seeking candidate for the position of Associate SDET at Pune location. Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop both automated and manual test cases to validate product features. Run automated and manual tests as needed to validate product defect fixes and functionality. Work with the Engineering manager and a geographically distributed team to understand product requirements and features. Triage test failures on a daily basis. Contribute to QA reports and provide input on release metrics. Contribute to and validate product documentation. Participation in a team on-call rotation providing seven-day week out of hours coverage, including the provision of after-hours and weekend support work when required. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field BS/MS or BTech (Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or another related technical field). Skills: Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables. Strong team player with good communication skills and should be self-starter. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize, multitask, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in Linux, Windows, and VMware environments. Experience: Troubleshooting and debugging Linux Operating systems. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and VMware Troubleshooting. Strong understanding of storage administration, including Direct Attached, NFS, SMB, and NAS systems. Aware of Storage features like replication, snapshot, cloning. Possess good understanding of QA methodologies and processes. Python or one programming language Knowledge must to have. Platform related exposure is good to have. Prior work experience in testing enterprise storage products is a must.

General familiarity and experience with storage components e.g. SAS, SATA, RAID, NVDIMM, NVMe, Encryption, SSD, cluster concepts. Familiarity in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting multiple hardware components like NIC, NVDIMM, Drives, etc.., Basic knowledge of any one of the hypervisors like VMware, HyperV, RHEV.
