Database Administrator

We are looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in database administration, preferably in Azure SQL environments.

• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and cloud-based data management.
• Proficiency in T-SQL, query tuning, indexing strategies, and performance troubleshooting.

2. Data Integration & Automation:

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and other data tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation tools (PowerShell, Python, or Azure Logic Apps) for database management.

3. Security & Compliance:

• Strong understanding of data security best practices, including encryption and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience in HIPAA or similar compliance frameworks is a plus.

4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve database performance issues.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
