Data Scientist

Job Description:

• The Data Scientist role is responsible for the development and execution of data science and analytics use cases.
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Combine models through ensemble modelling
• Execute the research, modelling design, implementation, and supports the deployment of full-stack scalable AI solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Should have experience of working in BFSI industry or projects
• You will work alongside engineers and product teams to design, deploy, and optimize AI models that integrate both structured and unstructured data.

Educational Background :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Ccience, Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, AI Required

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of Machine learning, deep learning & NLP based model development experience in BFSI
• Coding experience in Python(Mandatory) with Java & C++(optional)
• Able to analyse & visualize text, audio & video data.
• Data engineering: Able to analyse data statistically.
• Prior experience of developing credit risk & fraud detection models for banks, NBFC & Fintech.
• Well versed with Descriptive, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics Experience of time series analysis & forecasting
• Understanding LLMs, prompt engineering and its architecture.
• Should have understanding of MLOps
• Understanding of cloud services like AWS
• Ability to collaborate with tech & business team and approach problem logically and solve problem using data driven decisions

Location: Mumbai City (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
