Key Responsibilities : Data Modeling : Develop, design, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business requirements. Ensure that data models are scalable, flexible, and support future business needs. Database Design : Collaborate with database administrators and developers to implement and optimize database structures. Design and implement indexing strategies to improve database performance. Requirements Analysis : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into data models. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ensuring clarity and accessibility for other team members. Data Governance : Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality and consistency. Collaborate with data stewards to define and manage data standards. Data Integration : Collaborate with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) developers to ensure smooth data integration processes. Design and optimize data integration workflows. Data Quality Assurance : Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of data models into applications.
