Key Responsibilities: Project Implementation & Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 modules: Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Credit & Collection, and Sales. Coordinate with key users and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct annual reviews of user access levels and obtain confirmations from respective managers. Training & Support: Provide training sessions to users during and post-implementation. Develop comprehensive documentation for each process/module utilized. Act as the primary support contact for user inquiries and issues, with support from the French team. System Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor interface processes and resolve any arising issues promptly. Ensure system integrity and performance through regular checks and maintenance.Microsoft LearnMicrosoft Learn+4LinkedIn+4Indeed+4 Development & Documentation: For each development request, create detailed documentation in DevOps outlining: Issues encountered by users. Standard D365 processes. Descriptions of developments post-validation by the French team. Ensure all developments are approved by the French team before implementation. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct or oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Ensure all solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven experience with modules: Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Credit & Collection, and Sales. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
