D-Link India Limited, Bengaluru is looking to hire technically skilled Network Pre-Sales Technical Engineer / Solution consultant (Intern / Trainee) at Bengaluru Location, to support our sales team in designing and presenting cutting-edge network solutions. You will act as a Pre-sales consultant (Intern/Trainee) to our customers / system integration partners and work with the regional (Bengaluru) Enterprise Sales Team, SMB Team and help D-Link in promoting Switching, Wireless LAN, Structured Cabling solutions. Role & Key Responsibilities Provide Pre-sales technical support to the Enterprise Sales team, Partners & Customers in On-Site Surveys, Solution Design, documentation, preparation, and validation of BoQs Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored network solutions. Guide & Assist in Proof of Concept, Demos, Interoperability Tests & trials at sites Conduct regular Trainings/Webinars for partners and customers Work with Sales Team to respond to Tender RFP/RFQs Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies Support Partners / Customers in Pre-installation planning, deployment, configuration & troubleshooting Qualifications BE / B. Tech in Electronics / Computer Science / IT technical degree required Network Industry Certification preferred (CCNA / CCNP Preferred ) A minimum knowledge of L2/L3 networking & Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi 6/ 7) Knowledge of routing and switching including L2/L3 protocols Good Communication, Presentation skills & MS Office knowledge Fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada languages Location Bengaluru, Karnataka Should be willing to travel in Karnataka based on project needs Reporting to : Regional Technical Manager and Sr. VP, Solution Consulting Job Types: Trainee / Intern. Can be extended based on the performance. Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
