As a Digital Media Senior Associate - Ads PODs at Google Operations Center, you will play a crucial role in providing prompt and efficient troubleshooting support to Customers and Account Managers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive customer communications, product feedback, and technical issue resolution. You will educate customers on product usage, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and effectively manage your time while using departmental resources. You will be expected to maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and first contact resolution. Your role will involve actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation, as well as liaising with other functions and regional teams to resolve customer issues and questions. The minimum qualifications for this role include excellent written and verbal communication skills, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and two to six years of customer support/troubleshooting experience using online advertising/analytics products. You should possess strong customer service skills and be open to working 24*7 operations over Email, Chat & Phone support. Preferred qualifications include experience in HTML, JavaScript, or SQL, an analytical mindset for recommending internal process improvements, and the ability to prioritize high volumes of work under time pressure.
