Graduate and Undergraduate Candidates with 6 Month of experience in related BPO both can apply
Male and Female Both can apply.
Rotational shift for males & For Female it would be day rotational only .
Good Communication in English & Hindi both written and oral required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling customer issues, complaints, and concerns. This includes identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and following up to ensure the issue is resolved.
Customer relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Monitoring the customer service process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Creating and designing customer service procedures and policies.
