Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and patient while dealing with difficult situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Day shift
