Job Role:

Designation:Customer Care Executive

  • Should have Good communication with one Native Language

    Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil

  • Graduation plus Any Puc .
  • Handling customers queries and requests for the services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Salary (1.7LPA 2.5 LPA) + Performance Incentives.
  • Shift Timings (8:00 AM 8:00 PM ) (btw 9 hours).
  • 6 days working (1 day rotational week off).
