Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Customer Onboarding and related activities.
  2. Assist in Customer Onboarding and provide solution in case of issues
  3. Manage Customer Onboarding communication to internal or external partners
  4. Coordinate with the cross functional teams to enable required systems and processes
  5. Maintain Customer Onboarding trackers and dashboards

Must Haves:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate from any college
  • Must have 0-1 years of work experience in / Ops support / Onboarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary
  • Communication In Kannada is Mandatory
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel,PowerPoints.
