Job Description Join the dynamic team at Platione as an AI-Ready Profile Onboarding Specialist . We are launching an exciting new service—Platione AI-Ready Profiles—designed to create expertly built, verified business profiles optimized specifically for AI visibility and modern digital discovery. As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the critical first point of contact for our customers, assisting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across India in enhancing their online presence and AI discoverability. This internship/job offers the opportunity to: Develop deep insights into customer onboarding, AI-driven digital marketing, SEO, and business verification. Gain valuable experience working closely with diverse businesses. Sharpen your communication and professional skills within a collaborative and supportive office environment. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct structured onboarding calls (~1-hour sessions) with SME business owners in English, Hindi, or regional languages. Interview clients to collect detailed and accurate information about their company, products/services, and unique selling propositions. Utilize pre-prepared scripts while also adapting creatively and empathetically to customer interactions. Accurately complete structured forms to build robust, engaging, AI-optimized business profiles. Clearly explain the benefits and features of the Platione AI-Ready Profile service, building trust and confidence with customers. Perform basic KYC verification processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate closely with supervisors and the marketing team to enhance customer onboarding experiences and resolve any customer queries effectively. Ideal Candidate Profile & Preferences: Essential: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi; proficiency in an additional regional language is a strong plus. A positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude. Good active listening skills and a professional yet approachable demeanor. Strong adaptability, willingness to learn quickly, and capability to handle diverse customer interactions. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with common office tools (Google Docs, Excel, etc.). High attention to detail, particularly in accurately capturing customer information. Additional Preferences: A genuine passion for digital marketing, SEO, technology, and helping small businesses grow. Prior internship or experience (part-time, volunteering) involving customer interactions, sales, or marketing will be advantageous (but not mandatory). Role Overview As a Sales Executive at Platione, you will play a crucial role in driving our customer acquisition efforts. You’ll be the first point of contact for businesses discovering our platform — handling outbound outreach, qualifying interest, closing deals, and ensuring seamless onboarding. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Initiate cold calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email campaigns to reach potential SME clients across various sectors.
