Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure effective security operations at all facilities, including vigilance, patrolling, and monitoring.
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and damage.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to report incidents and resolve issues promptly.
Provide training on safety procedures to employees and visitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in a similar role (CSO/Security Head).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Proven track record of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
