Crystal Report Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Crystal Reports Developer with extensive experience in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and developing reports using SAP Crystal Reports , along with proficiency in SQL Server Database . Experience with Snowflake is a plus. The candidate should be capable of working independently and collaboratively with business stakeholders to create efficient and insightful reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports based on business requirements. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather report specifications and translate them into functional reports. Optimize and enhance existing reports for performance, accuracy, and usability. Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in SQL Server . Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation between different banking systems. Provide troubleshooting and debugging support for reports and database queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reporting solutions with existing banking applications . Document report development processes and ensure best practices are followed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Crystal Reports development. Strong expertise in SQL Server Database development including writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions. Experience working in the Banking/Financial domain is a must. Solid understanding of data structures, relational databases, and reporting best practices. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of reports and database queries. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus. Hands-on experience with Snowflake (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or other BI tools is an added advantage. Familiarity with Cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Banking regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
