Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential leads via LinkedIn, emails, calls, and events (inbound & Outbound Both) Understand client needs and pitch relevant digital marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Website Design, SEO, etc.) Prepare customized proposals and quotations for clients Manage the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to deal closure Maintain strong follow-ups and track progress using CRM tools or Excel Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on boarding Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) and present agency capabilities Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Call and engage with incoming leads from various campaigns (social media, landing pages, etc.). Explain the brand's offerings confidently and answer queries in a persuasive and informative manner. Maintain detailed records of each lead interaction (call status, feedback, interest level, etc.) in CRM or Excel sheets. Score leads based on interest and likelihood to convert, and prioritize follow-ups accordingly. Build a strong rapport with prospects through professional and friendly communication. Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion. Coordinate with internal teams (client servicing, paid media, creative) to align messaging and share updates.
