Credit Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

• Manage and oversee the credit function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations for approval or denial.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless credit processing and disbursement.
• Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit guidelines.

• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
• Experience in managing credit portfolios, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in credit management software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies.
