Key responsibilities include preparing preliminary estimates, project cost sheets, and detailed comparative statements. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for pre-qualifying vendors, conducting rate analysis, bill estimation, and costing activities. The role also involves taking measurements from the site engineer, preparing quantity sheets from onsite data and drawings, and generating bills of quantities (BOQ) with item rates. Ensuring work is completed according to company protocols, verifying measurements, certifying bills and invoices, and processing subcontractor bills are also crucial aspects of the job. The candidate will be required to analyze variation claims by contractors/vendors and handle contracts administration and enforcement at the site. Furthermore, responsibilities include coordinating with the team for smooth execution and handover of detailed information, inspecting and verifying works measurements, and preparing certifications for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensuring commercial, legal, statutory, and contractual compliances of all subcontractors, conducting yearly vendor evaluations, and certifying subcontractors" bills are essential duties.
