Role & responsibilities The Creative Design Head will lead and manage the creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative, and visually impactful designs for various print-based projects including marketing collateral, packaging, branding, and promotional materials. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of design projects from brief to production. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery . Attend client meetings and presentations to understand their design needs. Preferred candidate profile 7+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the printing industry. Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, color theory, and prepress requirements. Ability to think creatively Preferred applicant from Noida or who can relocate or who can easily commute Share your work portfolio
