Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills. Educate patients and their families on communication techniques and devices. Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Stay updated with the latest therapies and technologies in speech therapy.
