Very unprofessional staff. The agent who came for blood test name ‘Paras’ injected me 8-10 times to find the nerve, he took half an hour for blood collection and not even had bandages to put it. I literally cried as it injured my whole hand badly.

Most pathetic and worst experience, this staff named bhanu told me the test report will take 02 weeks, after two weeks he told it will take more time, I visited the lab office multiple times as nobody was picking the customer care line nor i was getting any response on whatsapp, they gave me the test report after 23 days.
