As a Copywriter, youll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling copy and visual content for multiple channelsemails, WhatsApp, posters, and videos. Your content will educate, engage, and motivate gig workers participating in AI training and related remote tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Creation

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for email, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
  
• Create educational and promotional content to onboard and retain gig workers.
  

Visual Content Design

• Design eye-catching posters, GIFs, and basic visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
  

Video Production & Editing

• Script, shoot, and edit short videos for product demos, platform stories, and campaign promotions.
  

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of content and engagement campaigns end-to-end.
  
• Make data-driven improvements using performance metrics and feedback.
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure aligned messaging.
  

Localization & CRM Management

• Tailor content to regional languages and cultural contexts.
  
• Use CRM tools (like Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar) for campaign deployment and performance tracking.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of hands-on experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing communications
Excellent command of English with strong storytelling and messaging skills Ability to write and adapt content for diverse platforms and formats Basic design skills using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a plus Strong project management skills with a passion for fast-paced work Prior experience in gig platforms, startups, or tech projects is a bonus
