Food Preparation and Cooking:

• Menu Planning and Estimation:
• Assisting with menu planning, estimating food quantities, and ordering supplies.
• Quality Control:
• Ensuring food is properly cooked, tasty, nutritious, and visually appealing.
• Sanitation and Safety:
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines, and ensuring proper storage and handling of food.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Ensuring kitchen equipment is in good working order and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Supervision:
• May involve supervising other kitchen staff, such as assistants or dishwashers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Cooking Skills: Proven ability to prepare a variety of dishes, including special dietary meals.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to plan menus, estimate food quantities, and manage inventory.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other personnel.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen setting, particularly in a hospital or institutional environment, may be preferred.
• Customer Service:
• May be involved in serving food and ensuring patient or staff satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
