Social Media Account Manager & Influencer (Female)

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and creative female candidate to join our team as a Social Media Account Manager & Influencer. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and collaborating with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement, managing the in-house agency & team of creative designer.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute long-format project reels and short-format reels for YouTube and other social media platforms.

- Create diverse and engaging content formats, including videos, images, stories, and text posts.

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content.

- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase follower engagement and reach.

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the brand.

- Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including negotiating contracts and tracking results.

- Measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall brand goals and campaigns.

- Participate in content planning meetings and contribute creative ideas.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.

- Continuously strive to improve social media performance and deliver results.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on content creation.

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative and resourceful, with a passion for social media.

- Experience working with influencers a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
