Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for construction finance products such as construction loans, project finance, and funding solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loan applications from origination to disbursement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Construction Finance, Construction Funding, Project Finance, Construction Loan, or related fields.
Strong understanding of commercial lending principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
