Job Description

Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, including those related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals. Installation and Configuration: Setting up new computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring they are correctly configured for optimal performance. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updating drivers, applying security patches, and backing up data. Repair: Fixing hardware malfunctions, replacing components, and ensuring systems are back online quickly. Networking and System Support: Network Connectivity: Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and VPN connections. Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems from malware and other threats. User Support: Providing assistance to end-users, answering questions, and guiding them through problem resolution. System Administration: May be involved in basic system administration tasks, such as user account management and software distribution.
