Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000/month

(Based on role, experience, and location)

Job Responsibilities:

For Field Roles (Trainee CSO, CSO, Sr. CSO):

Form Self Help Groups (SHGs) in rural areas

Collect daily/weekly loan installments

Conduct client verification and documentation

Handle center meetings and awareness sessions

Submit reports to ABM/BM regularly

Support in loan recovery & customer service

For ABM & BM Roles:

Supervise field staff and branch operations

Achieve loan disbursement and collection targets

Handle recovery, training, audit, and compliance

Lead, mentor, and develop your team

For Quality & Project Officers:

Field verification and auditing

Ensure process compliance

Work on data accuracy, project tracking, and reporting

Key Skills:

Basic communication skills

Willingness to travel and work in rural areas

Leadership qualities (for ABM/BM roles)

Basic smartphone handling or app usage

Two-wheeler preferred (for certain positions)
