Key Responsibilities: Deliver Engaging Lectures: Prepare and deliver lectures on various topics in commerce, ensuring content relevance and engagement. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and updating of the curriculum to meet industry standards and academic requirements. Assessment and Evaluation: Design assessments and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress; provide constructive feedback. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in achieving their educational and career goals. Research and Scholarship: Engage in scholarly activities, research, and publication in relevant areas of commerce to enhance academic reputation. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and departments to enhance teaching methodologies, curriculum coherence, and student learning outcomes. Student Support: Offer academic counseling and support services to students, addressing their academic and personal development needs.
