Roles and Responsibilities Manage collection activities, including visits to customers' homes for loan repayment. Ensure timely recovery of loans from customers through effective communication and negotiation skills. Maintain accurate records of collections, updates, and customer interactions using our software system. Identify potential issues with loan disbursements and escalate them to senior management as needed.
