Collection Cum Recovery Executive- Bharanikkavu Branch

The Collection Cum Recovery Executive will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring timely collections. This dual-role position involves both Recovery and collections responsibilities, aimed at maximizing growth and maintaining financial stability.

Collection Management:

• Ensure day to day collection from the allocated list of customers
• Recover arrear amount from the Due customers through daily visit and Call
• Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Contact clients through phone or in-person visits to remind them of outstanding dues and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status, outstanding balances, and other relevant metrics.
• Resolve any issues or disputes related to payments in a professional and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
